The Fair provides a successful outlet for many local craft and country wares. We usually have at least 60 stalls run by local charities or small businesses and in 2014 we had a record 98 stalls! In 2017 we sold 1,760 tickets on the gate and when you add children, exhibitors, performers and stallholders we must have over 2,000 people (and potential customers) on site.
We have many regular year on year bookings but we are always looking for new stalls to add to the fair.
If you are thinking of becoming a stall-holder, why not try the RavFair this year for your produce? Our only limitation is on the provision of cooked food and drinks. Note that we provide our own catering so do not accept bookings from stalls offering coffee, snacks, etc.
Applications for all stalls are assessed on individual merit with regard to appropriateness for the Fair and number of similar stalls already booked. We do not welcome trade stands.
All stall spaces are 12ft frontage including any guy ropes
in March you will be able to download a 2018 application form here
